CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
All Classes Are One Hour



Absolute Abs
Absolutely Abs is a work out using the exercise ball to improve the strength and endurance of your abdominal and back muscles. The class is fun and the exercises are simple yet effective. Come give it a try!


Aqua Aerobics
This class is located at the Otterbein Swim Club in Federal Hill on Sharp Street. This class is a great total body low impact workout using aqua dumbbells in the water. Great Fun!


Kickboxing
Boxing drills for all levels. Intense cardio, heavy bag/speed bag/focus mitt usage. No sparring.


No Limits Cardio
This high intensity total body cardio hour, includes a delicious mix of plyometrics, kickboxing intervals, speedwork and agilities.


No Limits Crosstrain
This intense 1/2 hour class combines weights and ploymetric interval training.


Pilates
Learn how to utilize, tone, and strengthen your core during this one hour class through the precise practice of Pilates.


Plank n Burn
An intense plank conditioning workout to strengthen the core combined with ploymetric exercises. Keeps your hear pumping and builds lean muscle. Not recommended for beginners.


Power Drill
This class will challenge your body and get you into stellar shape through various series of drills and obstacles. Power Drill encompasses a total body workout while also aiming to increase stamina and endurance.


Spin
Grab a bike and join the ride as you go on a simulated outdoor adventure. This low impact, high energy workout will give you the strength you need and build your cardiovascular endurance. Whether you are preparing for a bike trip of your own, a triathlon, or just interested in having fun, give this class a try.


Spin & Abs
A high energy 45 minute spin class followed by 10 minutes of core strengthening exercises to enhance your cycling performance and tone muscle.


Sweat Box
This high energy class teaches you basic boxing moves. Keep that heart pumping and power up!


X - Training
This unique cross training conditions different muscle groups by combining various forms of exercise to develop new skill sets, including agility, strength, and balance. You will maintain a high level of overall fitness by conditioning by entire body. This class will incorporate the use of resistance bands and free weights as well as the treadmill and elliptical machines.


Yoga
Breath, strengthen, stretch, relax, and enjoy! The class integrates body and mind through yoga poses for total performance, with focus on strength, conditioning, and flexibility. All levels welcome. please bring your own Yoga mat if possible.


Yogalates
A challenging hour combining Pilates and Yoga. This class focuses on strengthening your "power house" and increases your flexibility through yoga moves.
