CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
All Classes Are One Hour


Beginner/Intermediate Yoga
Turn your evening time into a rejuvenating experience with this relaxing workout. These gentle poses help you release tension and become more focused, centered, and peaceful.


Bootcamp
"We Want You!" Not for the faint of heart, this class will bust you into shape through a series of drills and obstacles, challenging the way you think about group fitness!


Easy Rider
Introduction to Spin, but still an intense workout. Come ready to sweat while you learn!


Endurance Spin
Designed to increase riding endurance, this class will have you sweating in no time. Grab a towel and a bottle of water because this is no "sit down and enjoy the ride" kind of class.


Get On The BALL!
Core strengthening class with use of stability balls.


Hard Core
Its a hard core class that focuses on hardening your core! Build a stronger mid section (abs, lower back) to support all life activities, build endurance and look great.


Hip Hop
Highly choreographed cardio workout for all levels, beginners welcome. Come prepared to move and groove while achieving a complete cardio blast. Led by Cisco Vegas.


Kickboxing
Boxing drills for all levels. Intense cardio, heavy bag/speed bag/focus mitt usage. No sparring.


Meltdown
Spin and weights, get two for the price of one! Ride for part of the class, lift for the other half- walk out with a complete workout.


Pilates Fusion
A little Pilates, a little Yoga, a little stretching and a lot of core strength building. Complement your cardio routine with some intense focus on whole body alignment and deep breathing for total well being.


Power Trip
The Power part involves weight lifting, the Trip part is on the bike. Get ready to fulfill your cardio and resistance requirement in one excellent class!


Speed Spin
Special lunchtime condensed version of our classic Spin. Class may only last 45 minutes, but the energy will last all day. Clipless pedals available for those with spin shoes.


Spin
Grab a bike and join the ride as you go on a simulated outdoor adventure. Whether you are preparing for a bike trip of your own or just interested in having fun, this class gives you the workout you need to build strength and cardiovascular endurance.


Sports Challenge
Plyometrics, explosive moves, including mountain climbers- definitely cardio intense. All skill levels. 1/2 hour class.


Step It Up!
Sports conditioning in several stations, focusing on the Step. High energy, but not complicated Step moves for all experience levels.


Strength Training
Lift like you mean it. Get results. More like a group personal training session than any other class, you will learn the right form and to use the right weights. The soreness you will feel the day after will mean you did it right...really!
